Title: Spicy Artichoke Dip

Yield: 2 Servings

1cGrated Parmesan cheese
1cMayonnaise
1cn(14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1cn(4-oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 Garlic clove, minced
2tbGreen onion slices
2tbChopped tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.

Makes 2 cups.
